ORDERING PROCESS

1. CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN.

Browse our wedding/event invitations. Remember that custom ink, paper, typestyle and design options are always available, as well as completely custom orders. Email us at hello@helloandco.com or give us a call at 832-45-HELLO.

2. PLACE YOUR ORDER.

You can order at any time online. Expected production time for each order once final approval by you has been made is 4 weeks. Rush orders can be made if your order must be received before this time. Additional fees apply. Should you have any questions, or require more customization, contact us and we will be happy to help you with your order.

Payment is due in full at the time you place your order online or over the phone. Hello & Co. accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express orders online through PayPal. All orders taken online through PayPal are encrypted and highly secure. To provide your credit card number over the phone, please call us during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am–6pm CST). We also accept cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks via mail. Email us at hello@helloandco.com or give us a call at 832-45-HELLO.

Once your order is received, we will send you an e-mail acknowledgement and a representative will contact you within 24 hours or the following business day to assist you with layout and any other questions you may have.

3. SUBMIT YOUR COPY.

Submit your copy to your representative for layout.

4. RECEIVE YOUR PDF PROOF.

An electronic PDF proof of your invitations will be created by our design department and e-mailed to you within 2 business days of copy submission. 2 rounds of copy revisions are included with your order. Additional changes are $25 per round. Note that colors will appear differently on screen than they will when printed.

5. FINAL APPROVAL.

It is critical that you review your proof very carefully. We also recommend having several people review your proof prior to approval. Verify the quantity of your order as well, as it can be expensive or even impossible to produce more at the last moment. Hello & Co. is not responsible for typographical errors. It is important to note that once you have given final proof approval, you bear final responsibility for the design and typographical elements of your invitations. Hello & Co. will not bear the costs of reprinting and shipping orders due to any errors you have approved, nor will a refund be issued. Below is a helpful checklist that covers all aspects of the invitation set.

PROOF CHECKLIST

- Are all the stationery items you've ordered included in the proof?
- Are the ink, paper and envelope colors correct?
- Are all fonts correct?
- Is the text spaced properly?
- Is the alignment correct?
- Double check all dates, names, professional titles, physical addresses, email & web addresses, and telephone numbers and make certain you've included all relevant information.
- Double check that there are not abbreviations and that all dates and addresses are spelled out (i.e. Street versus St.)
- Double check spelling & punctuation.
- Are any design elements or motifs missing? Please note that all background patterns and borders are printed so if a pattern or border does not appear on your proof, it will not be printed.

6. PRODUCTION TIME.

Once final approval is received, your order will be submitted to our production department and prepped for the presses. Typical production time is 4 weeks.

7. YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED!

You will be notified when your order is complete with tracking information by your representative via email.

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Texas, at the rate of the city or county where the order is shipped. Domestic US orders shipped outside of the state of Texas are exempt from tax.

We take privacy and security matters seriously. Any personal information we collect from you is used only to communicate about your order and is not disclosed to outside parties.
